2. Information We Collect from Customers

When you register or order through QuickServe, we collect:

• Personal Details: Full name, phone number, and email address
• Delivery Information: Saved addresses, delivery notes, and live GPS location during orders
• Transaction Data: Order history, payment preferences, and transaction receipts
• Technical Information: Device IP address, app version, operating system, and crash logs

3. Partner Document Collection and Verification

To ensure platform safety, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention, QuickServe explicitly collects identification and verification documents from both Restaurant Partners and Delivery Partners during onboarding:

A. Restaurant Partners

During restaurant onboarding, we collect and verify:

• FSSAI Food License certificate and registration numbers
• GSTIN registration certificate and PAN details
• Bank account details, cancelled cheque, or passbook for payout settlement
• Government identification of the authorized owner or manager (Aadhaar or PAN)
• Restaurant address proof, store images, menu details, and pricing list

B. Delivery Partners (Drivers)

During delivery partner registration, we collect and verify:

• Government Identity Proof: Aadhaar card and PAN card
• Driving Credentials: Valid driving license (DL) issued by competent authorities
• Vehicle Ownership & Verification: Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) and pollution certificate
• Financial Information: Active bank account details for weekly earnings payout
• Profile photo and selfie verification for live shift authentication

4. How We Use Partner Documents

Documents collected from restaurant and delivery partners are strictly used for background verification, identity authentication, food safety law compliance, fraud detection, and automated weekly payout processing. We do not sell or publicise partner identity documents.

5. Location Data Usage

We access precise location data to connect customers with nearby restaurants, estimate delivery timelines, and enable live order tracking. Delivery partners' location is tracked during active delivery shifts and is shared with the ordering customer solely for tracking their active delivery.

6. Data Security & Storage

We deploy industry standard encryption and access control protocols to protect sensitive documents, financial records, and personal information. Only authorized verification officers have access to submitted partner documentation.

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share necessary order and delivery coordinates with restaurants and delivery riders to fulfill orders. Financial transactions are securely processed through RBI approved payment gateway partners. We do not sell personal data or documents to third party advertisers.

8. User and Partner Rights

Customers and partners can request access, corrections, or account deletion by contacting customer support. Verification documents retained for legal and tax auditing compliance will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
