QuickServe acts as a technology platform connecting end customers, independent restaurant partners, and third-party delivery partners. While QuickServe facilitates order processing and live logistics, food items are independently prepared by restaurant partners and delivered by registered delivery riders.
QuickServe explicitly mandates the submission of verification documents such as FSSAI licenses, GSTIN registrations, government identity proofs (Aadhaar/PAN), driving licenses, and vehicle registration certificates (RC) during partner onboarding. While we verify submitted documentation in good faith:
Menu descriptions, pricing, food item availability, and ingredient lists are provided directly by restaurant partners. QuickServe makes reasonable efforts to keep information updated but does not warrant that menu details, food taste, temperature upon arrival, or preparation methods will meet specific individual expectations.
Estimated delivery durations shown in the app are calculated dynamically based on distance, kitchen preparation times, and traffic conditions. Unforeseen delays caused by severe weather, unexpected traffic bottlenecks, or high order volume do not constitute guaranteed delivery breach.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, QuickServe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from restaurant preparation errors, food quality variations, or delivery delays.
QuickServe relies on third-party services including RBI regulated payment gateways and digital mapping APIs. We are not responsible for temporary disruptions or policy changes of these external service providers.
